REACHING OUT EVENT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR IN NEED

 

NHS teams across the Rochdale Borough are hosting an informal drop-in event for people who are homeless and those in need this December.

 

Join staff across the Rochdale Borough at Rochdale Infirmary for a winter event. This is an informal drop-in event where there will be free:

 

·      Hot food, hot drinks and mince pies

·      Housing advice

·      Christmas gift boxes, toiletries and personal items

·      A visit from Father Christmas

·      Christmas choir

·      Podiatry and tissue viability advice

·      Mental health support

·      Hairdressing services

·      Flu vaccinations

 

Date/time:  Tuesday 2nd December, 5pm-7pm

Location:    Rochdale Infirmary Outpatients

 

In addition, they would also welcome donations of :

outdoor coats, warm socks, shoes, gift sets, chocolate and sweets, Christmas cake, hats, scarves and gloves, toiletries and personal items.

 

Drop off point: Rochdale Infirmary main entrance reception desk between the hours of 8am – 4pm, or if you wish to drop off items after this time, contact Jackie Heatley on
